Dr. Rosenberg has over 35 years of experience as a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Rosenberg attended Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, transferring to Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland, where he received his BA and MD degrees. Dr. Rosenberg’s surgical internship occurred at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. This was followed by four additional years of training in general surgery at UCLA, including the position of chief resident in general surgery.
Upon completing this program, Dr. Rosenberg earned board certification in general surgery. He then trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford University, where he was appointed chief resident in plastic surgery.
Dr. Rosenberg is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has been in private practice in Mountain View since 1976.

Kaeleen is a highly qualified Registered Nurse with national certification and is licensed to practice in California. She has gained extensive experience in the healthcare industry, starting her career in cosmetic dentistry in 2009.
