CO-FOUNDER • MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Howard L. Rosenberg

Dr. Rosenberg has over 35 years of experience as a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Rosenberg attended Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, transferring to Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland, where he received his BA and MD degrees. Dr. Rosenberg’s surgical internship occurred at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. This was followed by four additional years of training in general surgery at UCLA, including the position of chief resident in general surgery.

Upon completing this program, Dr. Rosenberg earned board certification in general surgery. He then trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford University, where he was appointed chief resident in plastic surgery.

Dr. Rosenberg is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has been in private practice in Mountain View since 1976.

Tatiana Zhornist

Tatiana is a highly qualified registered nurse with over 25 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the prestigious University of San Francisco and has been practicing aesthetic dermatology since 2002.

Before medical aesthetics, Tatiana’s specialty was in Labor and Delivery in San Francisco.

She is a member of esteemed organizations such as the Dermatology Nurses Association, the Association of Medical Esthetic Nurses, and the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery (ASLMS).

Additionally, she has trained medical professionals in the Bay Area on the science and techniques of Botox® and Juvederm™ administration as a trainer for Allergan USA, Inc.

Tatiana committed to using her medical knowledge and artistic affinity to deliver natural-looking results to her patients.

Outside of work, Tatiana loves to spend time with her family, travel, and donate her time to local communities.

Rachel Kalter

Rachel has been a highly-skilled, nationally certified Physician Assistant since 2014. She earned her undergraduate degree from New York University and a master’s degree from Western University of Health Sciences. Rachel has extensive knowledge in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, having achieved certification as an advanced injector from Allergan. In 2018, she graduated from the esteemed Esthetic Skin Institute.

Rachel views aesthetic medicine as a perfect blend of her passions, medicine and art, and collaborates with her patients to ensure natural-looking results. Rachel is dedicated to helping her patients feel confident and maintain their beautiful appearance. She is also fluent in Spanish, having spent a year in Spain teaching English, which allows her to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients.

In her free time, Rachel indulges her passion for painting and enjoys taking out her pets (cats, dog, or horse). In addition, Rachel has recently developed a keen interest in cooking.

Kaeleen Holbrooks

Kaeleen is a highly qualified Registered Nurse with national certification and is licensed to practice in California. She has gained extensive experience in the healthcare industry, starting her career in cosmetic dentistry in 2009. During this time, Kaeleen cultivated a light and gentle touch, an eye for detail, and a compassionate bedside manner toward her patients.

In 2014 she transitioned to Aesthetic Medicine, combining science and art with patient care. Kaeleen found this field to be the perfect match for her, enabling her to provide each patient with the best-customized care and education.

With the plethora of options available in the industry, Kaeleen is highly motivated to find the appropriate plan for each patient. She is enthusiastic about delivering her patients the highest standard of care and education while striving to meet their unique needs and expectations.

When Kaeleen is not in the office providing care, you can most likely find her volunteering, hiking, or scuba-diving off the Monterey coast.

Elise Willett

Elise is a highly skilled and certified Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Aesthetics since 2016.

Elise is a second-generation San Mateo native. Before discovering her true passion in anti-aging and Medical Aesthetics, Elise obtained her BS in environmental studies from SF State University and worked in real estate.

With her expertise in advanced injection techniques and anti-aging laser treatments, Elise takes pride in listening and matching her client’s goals and concerns to recommended best treatments for optimal results.

In addition to her professional work, Elise is an active community member, dedicating her time to supporting veterans, active military personnel, and their families through various initiatives. She is a valued member of the women’s auxiliary for the American Legion, participating in fundraising events, bingo games, and community dinners.

Overall, Elise is a dedicated and compassionate professional committed to providing exceptional care and support to her clients and positively impacting her community.

Lauren Walter

Lauren has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles. Lauren’s first degree was in Art History and Communication, and she loves combining the arts and sciences in her profession.

Lauren has been trained and worked at major San Francisco Bay Area laser centers, perfecting her skills in Laser Hair Removal, IPL (Photo Facial), ReFirme™ Skin Tightening, Clear Brilliant, and RF Microneedling. She is an advanced injector in Botox®, Dysport™, Juvederm®, Restylane®, Sculptra®, and Radiesse®.

Lauren joined LuminaSkin in 2010 and is professionally dedicated to providing the highest care to her clients with a gentle touch and a creative approach to skin care. Lauren continues to take advanced classes to stay on top of the ever-changing techniques and technology in the medical aesthetic field.

Oksana Ozerova

Oksana is a Registered Nurse endowed with compassion and exceptional skills, having earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada. 

Oksana has been specializing in aesthetic nursing since 2019. Oksana consistently pursues opportunities to augment her knowledge and abilities. Her extensive training includes Medical Aesthetic programs such as The National Laser Institute and Empire Medical.

Oksana has a profound passion for helping individuals feel and look their best. She devotes significant time to carefully listening to her patients, seeking to understand their unique necessities and concerns. Furthermore, she is fluent in Russian and can connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.

During her leisure hours, Oksana enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and pets. Her unwavering dedication to improving the well-being of others and her empathetic approach has rendered her an invaluable asset in aesthetic nursing.

Victoria Kuo

Victoria graduated with a Master of Science degree from Samuel Merritt University as a Nurse Practitioner with honors. She previously earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis.

As a surgical nurse practitioner, Victoria has trained with some of the nation’s top plastic surgeons in San Francisco and Los Angeles and has extensive knowledge of advanced facial anatomy from her time in the operating room.

Victoria emphasizes a comprehensive approach to aesthetics, considering her patients’ immediate and long-term well-being goals. She specializes in non-surgical anti-aging procedures, including dermal fillers, neuromodulators, laser resurfacing, body contouring, and skincare. Victoria’s philosophy is that the best cosmetic outcomes preserve and celebrate the individual’s unique features. She regularly attends industry meetings with leading experts to stay up-to-date on the latest innovations in aesthetic medicine.

In her free time, Victoria likes to spend time with her family, friends, and kitty Emi. She also loves to go outdoors, walking and hiking.
