Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities
Strong phone management skills
Strong customer service skills
Closing office and getting ready for next work day
Working closely to support medical practitioners team
Display knowledge of spa experiences and menu
Opening and closing duties
Maintain a polished professional image
Train and assist team members
Technology savvy- maneuver through software quickly and effectively
Assist with product inventory and maintaining immaculate spa environment
Maximize revenue generation for treatments and retail products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 hours per week
Work Location: In person
Monday to Friday
Rotating Saturdays
Requirements
3+ years medical office experience in front office guest services
3+ years of experience with scheduling and EMR software platforms is preferred
Passion for wellness and spa lifestyle
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and skincare products is a plus
College degree preferred
