H2O—Your First Step to Radiant Skin!

We all strive to have beautiful, radiant skin so it’s important to remember that what we put in our body reflects outward. Using the proper products certainly helps to keep your skin looking it’s best, but drinking water will keep it hydrated, clear, and healthy overall. Alternatively, lack of hydration can leave your skin dull, dry and signs of aging much more noticeable!

Personally, I have a hard time drinking enough water throughout the day to keep my skin as healthy as possible. I’ve found that one of the easiest ways to remember is by making it fun, and here at LuminaSkin, we do that by infusing our water! By adding lemon and mint, I was drawn to drink more because of the fresh, crisp taste. Over time, lemon and mint started to get boring so I did some research and found other ingredients to change it up a bit. One of the recipes I found used cucumber, strawberry, and kiwi which tastes great and as an added bonus helps with blood sugar support and digestion!

Feeling a little under the weather? Try lime, orange and lemon. This combination helps boost your immune system. Need to control your appetite? Try cucumber, lemon, and lime.
